Well naturally you’re the best one to decide this,
however there are considerations that will make the
difference between having a good event and having an
absolutely “It rocked our world I’m so glad
we made the commitment” event!
You will require 3 full consecutive days
Participants will be required to be in attendance
each day for its entirety.
Participants will not be in a position where they
can be answering phones, emails or stopping by the
office on the way in or out.
Anyone that really doesn’t
want to be there shouldn’t be. (You can talk to
me personally about this one if you’d like)
We suggest that you introduce this
event to your group as a 3-day Corporate Retreat. Right
away people will understand that they will be getting
away from what they normally do and applying themselves
to this event.
Consider this, if you are unable
to commit yourselves, or your staff for 3 days. 3 days
in which you provide them the opportunity to place their
undivided attention on noticing and eliminating what
hasn’t been working in their lives. An opportunity
to actually replace what hasn’t been working with
what will work, 3 days in which they can focus solely
on becoming the most resourceful human beings possible
(which translates to empowered even more resourceful
employees)...
Then this program probably isn’t the right match
for your organization at this time.
3 days is a very small
investment for such a potentially huge and long-term
return.
