Elena Slovakova Administration

I was born in Russia, Siberia, city of Omsk. In the news they call this region "South of Western Siberia"... Well, to give you an idea about this South - we have quite a long winter, 6 months a year under the snow... Some people can't even imagine that someone can live there ! And to livehappily and enjoy life ? Are you kidding ? But we did ! :-) I'd like to share one Russian saying :"There is no bad weather - only inappropriate clothes..." If you think this through - it's very true for any situation in life, it doesn't matter that much what is happening around you, what really matters is what choices you make and what actions you take. I put high values in trust, responsibility, understanding, commitment, love and forgiveness. I am a strong believer that Universe rewards action and that clear intention always provides us with a method for getting the desired results. I am absolutely sure that little things always make unbelievable difference.

I enjoy art, literature, classical music, watching sunrises, meeting old friends and making new ones. I am happily married for 12 years, my husband Dmitri and my 11 years old daughter Anya are my best friends, we share a lot of love and have a lot of fun together. Our family moved to Toronto, Canada, 10 years ago and we love living here - people are friendly, nature is beautiful, cultural life is impressive. I have Master's degree in Computer Science and Bachelor's degree in Psychology, I am a graduate of Insight 4 and Leadership (trainings by Insight International), I worked in the field of communication and personal growth since 1989. I have been responsible for the design and facilitation of workshops and seminars, educational and self-esteem enrichment programs for adolescents and adults. My work and studies have taken me to France, England, Canada and United States. I am very lucky to meet wonderful people - talented, caring, shining with inner light - everywhere in the world, one of the outstanding persons I have met in Canada was Jackey Backman. Our ways crossed about 4 years ago, we worked together occasionally, I was aways learning something from her, communication was always essential and uplifting, so when a year ago she offered me to work as administrator for One Spirit Inc. - I was right in! I am honored and proud to work with the team of professionals, people who know what they want, people who connect their heart, mind and spirit, people who are always ready to share their knowledge, experience and love.
