When will Leader Maker Training™ work for my organization?...
Before I agree to work with an organization, I
will need to know without a doubt that they are
willing to provide these 3 absolutely vital elements
- You are able to clearly articulate
your desired results. Interestingly
enough many times people will approach me for
all kinds of training that isn’t required.
They list off their symptoms and are willing
to pay money for me to band aid them. Together
we will work through your symptoms and I will
offer suggestions for your consideration. I
will not do any training that I do not believe
will contribute the results you want, and I
am quite happy to refer you to others that will.
It is essential that you are absolutely clear
before we begin.

and accountability will however become the cornerstones
