When will Leader Maker Training™ work for my organization?...


Before I agree to work with an organization, I will need to know without a doubt that they are willing to provide these 3 absolutely vital elements

  1. You are able to clearly articulate your desired results. Interestingly enough many times people will approach me for all kinds of training that isn’t required. They list off their symptoms and are willing to pay money for me to band aid them. Together we will work through your symptoms and I will offer suggestions for your consideration. I will not do any training that I do not believe will contribute the results you want, and I am quite happy to refer you to others that will. It is essential that you are absolutely clear before we begin.

  2. 100% commitment to obtaining your desired results. We will make the process as painless as possible. Personal responsibility and accountability will however become the cornerstones of your leadership team – this is after all a Leader Maker program – Personal Responsibility and Accountability are the cornerstones of Powerful Leadership. Some people aren’t going to be happy about it.

  3. You have the courage to follow through. As an executive officer or senior individual in an organization it takes a tremendous amount of courage to admit what they cannot do on their own. Some people believe it is a sign of vulnerability to admit to necessary areas of development. I say it takes courage. Nothing will leave you more vulnerable than not taking required action.
