What
is the process of "making" Leaders?...
Leader Maker programs absolutely ensure maximum
transferability of skills from training room to
workplace. We do that through these steps.
- Consultation with final decision
makers – I don’t do a "needs
assessment" more accurately a "results
assessment". What do you want to have happen
that isn’t happening now? From there we
work backwards to identify the key obstacles
in your way and the least amount of steps required
to get us there.
- Program selection and development
- I will make suggestions based on
the unresourceful symptoms you have described
for me. Often people will mistake symptoms as
problems. No doubt symptoms could in themselves
become a problem. The difference however is
that if you treat the only symptoms you’ll
never get to the root cause and they will reappear
again, sometimes a little differently, but they
always come back.
- Ongoing performance coaching with
decision makers -I’m not looking
for a job. One day in the near future I’ll
be out of your organization. I need to make
certain that the people left in charge have
the skills to continue the process and deal
with challenges when I’m not there. One
on one time is provided and essential the duration
of the program.
- Delivery of the training programs
– Using my highly specialized
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) delivery
and learning techniques I am able, within a
very short period of time have participants
identify unresourceful habits and patterns.
They then experience paradigm shifts which result
in new Neuro pathways leading directly to the
desired results. Essentially they selectively
replace the unresourceful patterns with highly
resourceful Neuro pathways. Participants will
leave the training able to transfer the skills
from the workshop to the workplace immediately.
- Accountability in Action-
After I have left the organization, the participants
in the program will be involved in a 3 step
email based accountability program. I develop
very specific questions designed to help individuals
keep on track of the results they committed
to during the program. Very Powerful!
- Follow through – follow
through performance coaching for decision makers,
as well as one to one coaching as required for
participants. How this transpires is a very
personal choice, the longevity and delivery
of this portion varies from organization to
organization, you will determine what works
best for you.
